IECC Energy Codes in North Dakota - COMcheck
North Dakota metal building owners deal with a wide range of unpredictable, hazardous and potentially extreme weather conditions that can result in tremendously costly utility bills. With four distinct seasons, an Upper Midwest location and continental climate, North Dakota’s weather patterns are some of the most variable in the U.S.
Steel Building Insulation, a division of Building Outlet Corp., has assisted North Dakota builders, contractors and do-it-your-selfers in managing their metal building’s heating and cooling costs for more than 30 years, offering a broad spectrum of metal building insulation panels, accessories and products for steel building insulation projects both large and small.
Whether you’re looking to install building insulation at the time of construction, repair damaged insulation or apply retrofit insulation to an existing structure, Steel Building Insulation has you covered, and at prices significantly below industry standards. Through low-overhead costs, volume pre-purchasing, an automated online pricing and ordering system and our ability to process orders through 30 different laminating and shipping points throughout the continental U.S., we are able to offer insulation costs that are often reduced by as much as 50 percent.
Our insulation panels and blankets are crafted from highly-resilient fiber glass and adhere to the standards set forth by the North American Insulation Manufacturers Association (NAIMA). They are available with a variety of facing options and R-values that offer substantial resistance to heat transfer, resulting in lower utility costs immediately upon installation. Facings are available in white vinyl and polypropylene, and range from light-duty, low-cost WMP-VR to the extremely heavy-duty, high impact GYMGUARD. We offer both single and double-layer insulation systems, and all of our insulation rolls can be delivered to virtually any accessible building site in pre-cut, clearly-marked rolls to help simplify the installation process.
We also carry a full line of accessories to assist you in insulating your metal building, including insulation patch tape, steel banding, insulation stick pins, thermal blocks and more. Visit our Accessories page for complete details.
